Lemon Pie :D

In this blog I´m gonna teach you how to do a lemon pie in just a few minutes.

First you need:
-Juice of 5 lemons
- 1 "Lechera"
- 1 Evaporated milk ( Carnation)
-2 Packages of Cookies ( Marias)

Preparation Mode

1. First, in a small container you need to put the juice of 5 lemons, using the juicer

2. Next, you need to prepare your blender, then you put the  lemon Juice, the "Lechera" and the evaporated milk "Carnition"

3. You mix it just like 5 seconds it´s not neccesary more time

***If you see that the mixture is too watery one thing you could do is to add more lemon juice  and continue mixing but this time just with a spoon until you see that the mixture become more thicker.

4. Here comes the easy part in your large container You´re gonna put a layer of cookies and then a layer of our mixture until we cover all the container.

5. Cover the container with foil and put it in the freezer for 20 min.

And It´s ready to eat, In my opinion you could include at the top nuts, raisins or blueberries.
I really hope that you like it. This dessert don't need more than 10 minutes and more than $50
